While I have a minute before the last minute crunch of Christmas Eve and Santa's arrival...

Merry Christmas to you all!

A better group of people and BBQ wizards can not be found on the internet. Although I've only crossed paths with a few of you, I feel like you're family.

I raise a glass (Margarita Wink) and offer a toast to all with best wishes for the present and New Year.

Best,
Chris

Merry Christmas Chris! Thanks again for the great exchange box. Now what's you're recipe for Margaritas? Always looking for a good one. Mine are legendary among my friends.

Juice from one fresh squeezed lime. (NO, you can't use that crap in the green squeeze bottle!)
1 Tsp of sugar. (Although I prefer mine without sugar)
1 shot of GOOD Tequila
3/4 shot of Cointreau
Fill shaker with ice and SHAKE, SHAKE, SHAKE!!! Shake the hell out of it till the ice melts a bit. The ice will make it cold and dilute it a bit.
Pour into a salt rimmed glass and enjoy.

This will make a regular sized cocktail, not one of those huge watered down ones.

For a interesting twist, add a splash of juice from a jar a pickled jalapenos. YUM!
