I would like all to know that I purchased a Model 50 3 years ago. I recently broke it down, re-painted the exterior(my own fault), built an outside weatherproof container for it, and it is STILL producing a GREAT SMOKED MEAT, regardless of the meat or poultry cooked! I could not be happier with the smoker or the incredible service from Cookshack! The information on the Forum is incredible and the people are just PLAIN FUN to hear from!We in North Carolina LOVE OUR Q! ENOUGH SAID!
