Wow, been reading the forum(s) since Feb 2009 and finally made the plunge. Yes, a long almost 4 years to muster up the guts to throw this much money down on a smoker. I know what all of you are going to say...you get what you pay for and I agree 100%. AmQ arrived this past Tuesday and I feel like a kid in a candy store. Will break it in tonight and PB going in tomorrow night.
This thing is build like a tank and so excited about joining the team. Thank you to all those who convey their experiences both in the purchase and cooking lessons learned. Makes it so much easier on us newbies. Keep them coming.
Have a great Veterans weekend. They are the true Heros that preserve our freedoms to have these forums and enjoy an American Made Quality Product.
