Hey Neil! Welcome to the forum. We rookies and the pros here will give you al the assistance we can. Politely tell the Mrs to chill on the sticker shock. When she sees how easy these things are to opperate as opposed to stick and log burners she will appreciate the extra time you get to spend at home - that is "if" there is extra time in running a Q-joint.

Good luck in your venture & keep us posted as you proceed Big Grin
Hey Neil and welcome. Best of luck to you on your adventure into the food world...

BTW...My wife runs our books as well and I have to admit, it gets in the way with me spending every single penny on smokers and fancy stuff, but without her, we wouldn't be in business today!! I knew she'd come in handy Big Grin
Neil, I too live in San Diego. Where about are you going to open up the restaurant? I would love to visit. I belive you are also a fisherman and post on allcoast. If this is the same Neil, it was one of your post several years on that board that got me interested in purchasing a Cookshack.

Ron
Thank you all for welcoming me and i will definetly post on the profesional site going forward

Ron- wrong Neil but that's OK...i do like to fish though. As far as where...North County Maybe even south as poway/Mira mesa area...seems that the coast is getting flooded with BBQ joints... but thats ok...we need em!
