Re: no heat

I have a friend with a smoke shack 150. installed the new controller with new temp. probe ...panel lights up fine. when we select temp. panel says all is good but no heat. Any ideas? I checked voltages and the D2425, can't seem to get the 240v. don't know if i'm not checking right or maybe the controller is bad?

Yes, it actually comes up and says heating. Thanks. Also spoke with Bill this morning, I will check the red wire tonight to ensure it is grounded. I must say, this is by far the best customer service I have EVER seen from ANY commpany. Incredible.

Hi Bill. There are two red wires. One from the PBA and the other from the door sensor. I made sure that both were hooked to the lug that had ground as the door senor is bad, and the coil still won't get warm. I also checked voltage from the purple wire/grd...should it be 32v? It was not. I will give you a call tomorrow.
