Wish I could help out. I hear Cookshack is providing an FEC300 to use. Comp BBQ teams from around the area are heading down to help out.

Gets to be hard for teams and their rigs to help.
During our huricane/tornados we have tried to have cookoff teams take all their leftovers and all they can cook on site to areas in need. The political charity groups are very territorial, the health inspectors fight you,and naturally police must keep steets cleared.
Teammate was a paramedic,so he found ways to contact local Fire Depts. and used them to circumvent the local bureaucrats.

It takes a real effort to help, sometimes.

Little brother is a Police Chief by Springfield,so he has crews there on call.
Here's a video someone put together during Operation BBQ. VERY COOL! A bunch of competition BBQ teams descended on Joplin after the tornado and setup shop in the middle of a parking lot. After they were done a week and a half later they ended up cooking over 120,000 meals! In a parking lot!

Too bad the video doesn't show HogZilla, Taylor Farms Smokehouse out of Tennessee pulled in towing an enormous Old Hickory SRO smoker that can hold 450 butts. And the funny part, on the very last day of operations, they finally got their temporary food establishment certificate from Joplin.

Job well done guys & gals!
