Just wondering if anyone can spot some places where I can improve?

5 lbs of London broil

1qt warm water

disolve into it:
1/2 cup non-iodized salt
1/3 cup johnnys seasoning salt
1/3 cup garlic salt
2 cups brown sugar
1 cup granulated sugar

after completely dissolved, add in
1 qrt cold water
3 oz Daves insanity Ghost Pepper hot sauce
2 teaspoons cayenne pepper

marinate for 48 hours.
