Yesterday I was cooking a Butt on the model 25. My plan was to pull it off at 205. The probe temp LED was showing 199 and then updated to show HI. I went ahead and shut the smoker down and removed the Butt. A few minutes later I turned it back on and the oven temp and probe temps were normal and began to rise with the heating of the smoker. I have cooked on the smoker probably 50 times since new last summer and have never seen this before.

Any ideas on what would have caused this and should I be concerned?
