Just getting back into BBQing lately, and have decided to do a Rack of Lamb next week and was curious on peoples overall thoughts with doing them in a 008? I am not sure if I should do them in the 008 or on the Charcoal grill. I know how I am going to prepare them, just not sure how I am going to cook them. Any suggestions which might be the better way to go?
