That was really good. Those ribs had to be smoked on a Cookshack to be able to get that much moisture !!

As I understand it, the ribs were cooked on a Cookshack. This guy was next to us at a trade show and the guys were feeding him. I could be wrong, because he is not using our sauce, maybe he just sent them the youtube link. But I am sure that after he had the Cookshack/Fast Eddy's ribs that he'll never paint with anything else again.
