Rib Tip description for menu

hey there,
I own a Q joint in Colorado. this last year we were able to get rib tips through US FOODS. $1 a pound! they were meaty and tender. we ran them as specials on sunday. were charged $8.95 for 1 pound of tips on a large bed of hand cut fries. we would sell 30 orders in 2 hours or less. people loved them! and profit margin was outstanding! we just had waitstaff sell the product to our customers....lol we should have done them more often....lol

Yep, I'd describe them as porks equal to beefs burnt ends.

Well. There's always "McRib". Franchise infringement aside.

Seriously, rib tips have a positive connotation. May want to lean towards style of rib tips. Like Southern Style Rib Tips or Sweet and Spicy Rib Tips. Or Cohen Family Recipe Rib Tips.

Rib Tips: Cut from a full Spare, you’re getting a Chunk of bones and some very tender pork. If you like chewing the bone, you’ll love rib tips.

too much description about bone. People won't want to pay for a lot of bone. Emphasize the pork/meat and tenderness first
