I've had ribs in the my smoker every night sence Sunday. I've been giving them as gifts. I rinse, trim, pull the membrane, dry, apply rub and side them in the smoker set at 225. The baby back I've been smoking come out great at 3 1/2 to 4 hours. Give them a poke with a toothpick to check doneness. I've gotten great reviews from everyone. Man I love this smoker.
