Hello big joe, ive owned my charbroiler now for a couple of months now since a charbroiler is more for sear and fast cooking i myself havent tried to cook ribs, i think at low with the hood down your probally cooking about 350+ degrees might be a bit hot and fast for ribs but im sure someone will try as thease great uinits become more popular.
