Good post, but I've serious doubts about the SE team when they talk Q. They seem to really not understand or get it (go read their report about judging at the jack)

I have no doubts that there is little knowledge at SE when it comes to Q, but this is an interesting read related to PR. There was a food lab report just before Thanksgiving about how terrible fried turkey was. That initial report got blasted by many of the comments and resulted in a complete 'retesting'. A follow up report indicated that deep frying turkey does indeed have it's merits.
I went back and read thru the 'Jack' article and shall just say that the follow up comments do speak volumes.
