Smoked Meatloaf, my new favorite!

Smoked meatloaf is a favorite around our house! Also smoked meatballs.  Just take any meatloaf recipe and shape it into 1.5 inch meatballs.  Smoke over hickory at 225º to an internal temp of 160º - 170º. Takes about 1 hour to reach temp.

They do cook fairly quickly, anywhere from 1 hour to an hour plus 15 minutes, depending on the internal temp of the meatballs going into the smoker.  If they're right out of the 'fridge, they'll take a little longer.  There are some good meatloaf recipes on the cookshack site, recipes section, under "beef".  I add a bit of crumbled bacon to mine.

According to me,

Smoked Meatloaf is made with a mixture of ground beef, pork, and turkey, roasted red bell peppers, sweet onion, and saltines. Smoked Meatloaf is the only way I will ever eat meatloaf. If it's not smoked, then I'm not eating it. Your this kind of "Smoked Meatloaf" is looking great. I hope your this type of food very delicious and mouthwatering. Thanks for sharing with us
