I'm trying this tonight. I have 3 HUGE sweet onions!
The turkey was great and a big surprise was the flavor of the onions. I quartered and onion a put it in the cavity. When the turkey was done I tried a piece of onion and it was great. All my children loved them too. They were sweet and had a flavor that differed from any other way we've cooked the before.
