Smoker sm025 smoke ?

They don't produce a lot of smoke while they are running. Here's a video I found that has an SM009 smoker, it's similar to the SM025. Take a look at around the 2:30 mark. You can see the smoke coming out. Sometimes it's a little more, sometimes a little less. You really want thin blue smoke rather than thick white smoke.

In my experience (SM066) the initial start-up time produces the most smoke, usually dense and white. After that (about 30-40 minutes) the smoke becomes much less, with a thin and darker appearance, as Andy says.

Franco - something else to think about: Even if you cannot see the smoke, you can still smell it, and the food. It is a good smell.
