We had left over steak, pork loin and greek chicken pasta for dinner last night. In addition to a caeser salad, I wanted something fresh to go along with the leftovers so I tried Smokin Oakies Smoked BBQ Beans.

Followed the recipe exactly, and it turned out great. Everyone was eating bowls of those beans like it was cereal. Great flavor, consistency and smoke.

Thanks Smokin and previously Todd. Don't think I could ever eat BBQ beans again without trying a good smoking recipe first.
