Smokin Okies Spice Setup

Having too much fun with the photos.

Bare with me!

I'm a fan of spices and the like, so Mrs. Smokin bought me a VCR cabinet that I turned into a Giant Sized Spice Rack

Not too many trade secrets in here, won't list everything, but I try commercial brands (see them on the left), I buy small amounts of commercial spices (in the middle), and I buy bulk spices (on the right). I also have more bulk storage with the Smoker (see other post.

That is so darn cool I am buying one today!!

Now, let's see...you got some of the best rub in there..BONESMOKERS. And I am glad to see you order some spice from American Spice Company. They are personal friends of mine and their shipping location is less than a mile from my house!! I order and ride the bike down to pick up! Just too darn convenient!

Now, your garage on the other hand....MUCH too neat! Wood in storage containers????!!! How about under the wheel barrow in the backyard? LOL

Well, instead of storing the wood in boxes they come in (see, the Cookshack uses little chunks) Found each one of these little containers stores exactly a 10 pound box of chunks. And I still have wood behind the wood shed.

Yeah, I'm too neat. What did you think I wouldn't make my son work hours to clean it up just to take a photo and instead show you how messy it really looks? THEN I'd hear about it.

Now if I can just get a discount on spices...
