Another big Thank You to Cookshack for such a great product.
My son was married this past Saturday. My wife and I hosted the rehersal dinner Friday evening at the beach pavillions in Jupiter Fl. It was considered a "Destination" wedding for almost all of the brides family so we were told to expect some 80 people.(we counted 85).
I started smokin Wed. evening with 4 pork butts. Followed that with 4 turkey breasts on Thursday. In the oven went 4 beef tenderloins. My wife did her mini-crab cakes, chicken tenders (grilled), a hugh shrimp bowl, salads and her famous Cold Sesame Noodles. Pleanty of good wine, beer and 4 gallons of pomegranate martinis and the guests were well lubricated and amazed by the food. (some asked if we were caterers). Could NEVER have pulled this off without my Cookshack 08.
