Okay, I know someone must be following me around with a camera.

After cooking a bunch of turkeys yesterday/lastnight/this morning, I get home from delivering the last load to find that something had walked off with one of the racks from my AmQ that was sitting on a 12' high deck with no stairs. It had some tasty morsels on it and I guess it was too much to resist for some coon or really big bird. Tomorrow I go varmit hunting.

Then I go to dinner where the waiter sees the book I'm reading (Adam Perry Lang's Serious BBQ) and tells me he's a caterer. I ask him what kind of food he does and he says BBQ, of course(great, more competition). Then I ask what he cooks on, and he says a crockpot(forget about the competition). Then I knew it had to be one of you guys playing a joke on me. So, where were the cameras hiding? Don't worry, after I get Smokin's Holiday brine smell out of my pores, I'll think it's funny too. Redoak might have been right. It could have been brine poisoning. I was up to my elbows in that stuff. I'm still cold.

If you didn't see Man vs Food last night when he was sin Arkansas, make it a point to see it next Wednesday when they reshow it. Man had one of the nicest, actually it was THE nicest, BBQ setups I've ever seen. An amazing method to cater as well.
