I've been using my CS Smokette for about 4 years now and am needing to upgrade. I'll be going "for profit" soon and the smokette just won't do the volume I'm needing. I have smoking almost down to a science in my smokette and am concerned about switching to something like a FEC since it sounds like there will be a re-learning period. I'm also considering getting the CS Smart Smoker 150 since it's more like my smokette. Can anyone give me some advice one way or another? Based on the posts in this forum, the FEC is the way to go for a lot of reasons. Also, I'm trying to find some pics of the FEC 100, specifically interior photos. I've been looking through the forums off and on today and cannot find any.
