I am a new 025 owner, just less than 3 months and have been using it much. One of my favorites is prime rib. While poking around for some different ideas I ran across this video. It’s a little long but it made me appreciate the quality of my 025 and the ease of which I cook with it and the quality of the finished product.

I kind of feel sorry for this guy but have to give him credit for trying.
