Hello Everyone
Once again we are over booked for Saturday. Lunch with the in-laws and dinner with friends. Dinner with friends will be pulled pork, Kevi's Harvest Baked Beans, Cole Slaw, etc. Here is my timing issue...I have to leave my house at 11:30 for lunch with the in-laws. Dinner with friends it at 6pm. I should have the pulled pork done around 11:30 before i leave to the in-laws... If i use the foil, towel, cooler hold method, can i hold it from 11:30 till dinner at 6pm? Any advice? (besides blowing off the in-laws?)
