Hey All,
Need some advice which smoker I should purchase.
I'm currently using a 31"x10' stick burner made by cookersandgrills.com I really like the food it produces, however now that I've opened my restaurant it just can't keep up with the volume I need. Just opened and am going through about 50-100 lbs. of butts a day. I'm sure this will just keep increasing as time goes on. I need to be able to produce the same taste and smoke rings that I'm getting now. Any and all advice will be greatly appreciated.
