Is your FEC probe not working or do you just not find a need for it?


The probe works great and is built like a tank. The problem is, I never cook one piece of meat. Often, I'll have two butts and two briskets going.

That wouldn't start with a "Y" and end with an"er" and have an"od" in the middle?

It's too bad Chris, cause I know some folks that have had good luck with them and some folks that theirs just wouldn't work correctly.

Mine would be that large two hole syringe, don't know when I'll ever use it again?
