I've been singing the praises of my PG500, and Cookshack quality in general, ever since my PG arrived. A friend of mine is intrigued but is looking for something that can accommodate a whole pig. (Larger than a suckling pig. Roughly 3 or 4 feet long.) Clearly the PG500 wouldn't do the trick. What Cookshack model(s) do you use to successfully cook a pig that size?
