I'd try any of the removal techniques that are handy an then take to the car wash.

Try coating with Crisco,etc and reseason the racks for a couple hrs. Then cook a couple cheap chickens and some pork fat scraps.

While doing this,call CS and ask what is the best deal on the best racks they can recommend.

If they don't stick bad,and you don't cook a lot,see if you can live with them.
If you are going to start cooking heavy,buy the new ones.

Had a teammate that had some diamondplate type ones made and likes them.
