I was hoping you would provide us with your details on how you cooked the brisket(temp, time, trimmed etc.) and seasonings you used. The briskets I have cooked on my Amerique have turned out drier than what I like, it sounds like yours turned out about perfect, so I would really appreciate the details. Thanks.
