When I was trying to decide between ST and CS, I called each company. Couldn't get the info from ST over the phone, but got into a conversation with someone there over email. They were willing to make deals, but they really seemed (to me) as if I were bugging them and they were just getting irritated by a possible customer.

Called CS, and got the friendliest service I ever have.

It was like the CS folks were welcoming you into their home, while the ST folk reminded me of the clerk at 7-11 who just wants you to buy something or get out of the store.

Just my thoughts.
