Erik is an official Pellethead now for sure! Erik was kind enough to invite me and my family to a Labor Day cookout at his house for the maiden voyage of his FEC 100. Erik had that bad boy loaded up with pork butt, ribs, sausage, and chickens. Neighbors and friends brought a covered dish. It was a wonderful spread and I got to meet a lot of nice people. Thanks again Erik.

Next cookout is at my place!
