That's were I shop 90% of the time. But also 90% of the time they only have flats.
But last week I bought 60lbs for a meal. they were all marked flats, but half were small packers, with the point on.
They cooked great. I have always liked a flat better for meals. And these were in the 8-9lb range flats. They did well, and everyone loved them.
Put one in the freezer for later.
But the price was around the $2.85 per pound (over $3 counting tax).
Crony, you just need to cross the mountain and buy a truck load. Hey are you going to enter the comp in Gray, Tenn. in the spring???
