Welcome to the Forum! The CS owners and users here are very willing and able to help with whatever questions or problems you may have. We love to cook bbq, and we love to eat bbq. Lurking in the background (these days) we have some very accomplished competition bbq cooks as well as some experienced professional commercial chefs.
