Reply to "Not Enough Smoke From Green Mountian ....Looking at SM045...will it have more smoke flavor?"

I have among many other outdoor cookers a Memphis Pro, and still own a CookShack PG500.

Sold the Memphis and upgraded to the PG500 in hopes the smoke flavor would be better. Not much of a difference between the 2 so I kept the PG500 and purchased an SMO66.

I personally believe the pellet cookers which are always fan operated blow the smoke to quickly over the meat to ever give a true wood fire taste.

The 66 absolutely will stand tor to toe with any stick burner out there flavor wise, and blows them away in ease of use.

CookShack was originally a commercial product and also serves back yard Q'er's.

You will not regret your decision to go with the SMO45.
