The cost on my 21# ham was $1.99#. I don't understand the need for a fan. As long as the door is kept closed it should keep the whole ham cool, that is what is important. Neither do I understand the need for a pan of water, there will be plenty of humidity. The need for a pan is to collect the moisture dripping from the ham.
