I think I am gonna do this after checking to make sure my fridge will hold it. Do you know the length and width of your ham? Or can you check without causing a problem?

I guess when I am ready to go, I would love to discuss it further as you mentioned. Where did you get your ham bag?

BTW, when I am very interested in a subject I will read and re-read a post, especially from the experts like yourself to glean as much info as possible. That's how I noticed the ventilation.
