Looks great.

Is pork supposed to be cooked to 150*, or did I dream that ?

Is the casserole dish to shield against too much smoke, or to hold the apple juice, or both ? Some folks put a tin of juice in the smoker and put the meat on the grill/shelf.

How was it ?
