Pork Neck Bones

Anybody have any suggestions or ideas on pork neck bones? I did the find thing and only hit on 3 results a BBQ music CD, a KCBS Contest and a chat with the Sporting Chef.

I got a great deal on some really nice meaty bones and just want to smoke 'em up for soups and stuff.

I'd also like to sneak a few into the wifes spaghetti sauce the next time she makes it. I'll just plead insanity if I get caught.
