Reply to "Smoke coming form the door and the back of the unit"

I have only cooked on the unit 3 times. The smoke was coming from the top of the door and along the seam where the side meets the back...toward the top.

Should I route the polder cable through the door. I can't imagine that is really impeding the smoke, but will do what I should.
