WOW...8 oz of hickory? Is that a typo? I don't think I've ever used more than 4 oz and THAT was more smoke flavor than I wanted. CS recommends approximately 2-4oz per 10# of meat, if I remember correctly. Is that just the difference in the two manufacturers?

Just curious.
