Oops. I digress. Barbecue. I threw a bunch of chicken wings into Yoshida Teriyaki sauce for several hours till done with the windows. Onto a pan then sprinkled them with a light coating of Rib Tickler rub, into pre heated smoker at 300*, cherry wood, apprx 1.5 hrs. Let the smoker do the work. I was exhausted. Blue cheese, carrot sticks. Budweiser--nice and cold. Delicious.
Didn't feel like tending to the wings over a grill. Nice letting the smoker do the work while I relaxed and watched our leaders stumble over themselves not fixing our debt problems.
