Reply to "Two rib racks in SM025?"

You're not going to get two rib racks in the SM025 simply because the top rack is too high in the machine to allow for it. I have a 6 rib rack and once got 7 ribs in the SM025 by placing one rib lying down in front of the rib rack. Granted they were all St. Louis cuts.
