Thanks Bubba, I plan on it. Thinking about this smoker and my very short experience with it, I have found a problem with it. With my Stick Burner, I had an excuse to get out of the "Honey Do's" that my wife always has in store for me. I would tell her that I had to tend to the fire which was TRUE but it also allowed me to consume quite a few cold ones. Now with the CS I don't really have anything to do the whole time that this smoker is doing its job.
