If it's a boneless breast, I wouldn't use a netting. I don't like the way it sticks to the finished product. A good substitute is cheese cloth. You can see how it's used in turkey 101.

The nettings I've seen used are for those turkey rolls where they artifically make a turkey using netting.

I don't know where to buy small quantities of netting, but allied kenco is a great source for this kind of stuff:
