Done deal w/CS

Having been smokin' with an old little chief for many years (mostly fish - yellowtail, albacore and salmon and a little jerky) I wanted to really get into real smokin'. Spent hours searchin' the net and it came down to CS and Bradley. Then spent much time on the CS (great) forum. Bradley was history. Recived my CS 008 5-8, seasoned it and had a load of jerky (stogie's) goin that next weekend. Came out great!! Now on to more new and exciting Q.

Thanks to CS and the great forum members for getting me on the right track.
