Looking for good sausage for my rest.

Could anyone give me advise as to sausage. I do not want to make my own links (would love to) so does anyone know where I can buy raw or smoked ones that BBQ restaurants serve so I can smoke or resmoke and serve at my place? I want a very good quality. Something with maybe a little kick to it.

Johnsonville is consistent and readily available most places,but I'd think you would have a bunch of sausage makers in your area.

Chicago is flooded with them.

If you wanted away from what your neighbors had,here is one of the best in Louisiana.

Depending on what you're looking for, and how much of it, a small processor might be a good choice.
