Need a prime rib alternative

Can anyone suggest a prime rib alternative?

For turkey day the wife is doing a full spread but no meat. 6 adults and 5 kids under 4 years old. Only 3 adults will even touch meat.

I want a hunk of meat in the 5 pound range. I want to smoke that meat using the prime rib 101 but I don't want to pay prime rib prices.

Any ideas?
