During the holidays I brined a couple of birds and they were great! My family couldn't believe they were eating moist white meat with incredible flavor. Those were whole birds and I've been wanting to try a breast only.
The brisket is at 170 degree F right now so it has a way to go. While waiting, I put some wings on the grill and the family is smacking them down right now. I don't know when the brisket is going to be done.
