I want to cook a turkey breast and a small brisket at the same time in my 009. Which one goes on the lower shelf and which one goes on the middle shelf please? Any other advice?

You NEVER want poultry dripping on anything else. The Food Safety people say Poultry drippings aren't safe.
I'd try to offset them brisket above the turkey, but one towards the left the other on the right

If the brisket drips on the turkey, will the turkey taste odd?
It may have a little off taste but at least it's safe!
I decided to do the brisket only. I'll do the turkey next weekend.
I was thinking the brisket might give the turkey some taste.

During the holidays I brined a couple of birds and they were great! My family couldn't believe they were eating moist white meat with incredible flavor. Those were whole birds and I've been wanting to try a breast only.
The brisket is at 170 degree F right now so it has a way to go. While waiting, I put some wings on the grill and the family is smacking them down right now. I don't know when the brisket is going to be done.
