Made gumbo with it yesterday and cajun oyster and smoked turkey pot pies for today.
Taking advantage of our cold snap.
Probably a casserole of enchiladas with them later.
Sliced cold for sanwiches.
Foodsavered up three breast halves and froze this afternoon.Makes great cold salads later on.

I have made turkey salad with some and it turned out great on a sandwich with some smoked cheddar cheese. That I bought, I better check the archives to see how to smoke my own.
Depending on what you have left, the whole turkey jerkey thing might be a way to go also.

Try some smoked turkey and wild rice soup. We did and it was terrific. Mrs. Bodkin always uses cream or half and half to make it richer and drive up my cholesteral.
