We've done 2 in a day, but this Sat. we have 3 catering jobs in 1 day.
The first is at 4 pm for 100.
The second is at 5pm for 120, 15 miles from the first.
The last, my buddy BBQ Bob's 25th aniversary is whenever we get to it, probably around 7.
We are pulling our BBQ rig over to Bob's farm Friday, loading it up with meat and letting 'er go. We'll drink from Bob's beermiester until it's time to put another 40# of pellets into the hopper.
Dawn will drag me home Fri night, we'll return Sat to pull pork, load up, and deliver to the picnics. We will leave the rig there and work out of our Haulmark Trailer and Cambroughs.
